LICENSE FILE

1. Is license file a file?

Yes it is.

2. What is purpose of license file?

License file contains encrypted information about all programs protected with PC Guard for .NET/Win32 on one computer.

3. Is it always required?

No. Protected file will not use license file in case Plain protection method is used without Display Site code option, Demo mode is turned OFF and "Check license file position" option is not set.

4. When it is created?

You don't have to worry about this and similar issues. License file managing is transparent to you and your client.

5. Should I change default license filename?

Yes, this is recommended. You can even use different license filename for each project.
